Terms and conditions
CHECK-IN
• Unless there are special needs of our guests, rooms are expected to be checked in between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. However, please notify us in advance, in the morning, your arrival time.
• Mr. and Mrs. Clients are requested, upon arrival, to provide a document of identification for the completion of the P.S. card and to regularize at the same time the payment of the booked stay.
• The agreed price for staying in our facilities includes the use of the room and bathroom, breakfast, the provision of towels and sheets, the use of TV and the air conditioners/heat pumps and the use of all bathroom accessories.
• For entry and exit from the facility, there are no times to be respected, guests will be able to leave and re-enter according to their own needs.
• It is also not allowed, for reasons of Public Safety, for guests to let other people inside the Bed & Breakfast at any time.
CHECK-OUT
• Please note that, on the day of departure, the rooms must be left by 10:00 am to allow cleaning and delivery to new arrivals.
• Correct and civil use of the toilet is recommended, avoiding throwing anything in the WC
• Inside the bedroom or bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, and so on. For any other need, do not hesitate to ask, we will do our best to satisfy your request.
CLEANING SERVICE
• The room cleaning service is on from 10:00 to 12:00, beyond the indicated time it will no longer be possible to access it.
RULES
• SMOKING is forbidden inside the rooms (you can do it on the terrace)
• It is recommended to respect quietness in the established hours 10:00 pm – 08: 00 am and 02:00 pm – 04:00 pm (In any case please keep a behavior that at no time of the day and in no way damages the tranquility of others)
• At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned. In case of loss, the damage will be charged. Take care to turn o_ the light of the rooms, the air conditioners, TV, and other systems when you are out of the room.
• We refuse any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of objects of your property.
• We are not responsible for any disservice due to total or partial failure of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection extraneous to our will.
